Bilateral shoulder external/internal rotation in supine - with stick
Lie on your back on the ground.
Hold a stick in both hands with both elbows at a right angle.
Push the stick across your body to one side, turning the forearms.
You may feel a stretch at the front of your shoulder.
Do not allow your upper arm to move away from your body.
Return to the starting position and repeat to the opposite side.
