Bilateral GHjt forward flexion with ER resistance (to 90 degrees) (Shoulder flexion to 90° strengthening, with resisted external rotation (bilateral), standing)
Tie a light resistance band in a loop and place it around both hands.
Bend your elbows and hold your hands apart with some tension in the band.
Keeping this distance between your hands, lift your arms forwards and up until they reach shoulder height.
Ensure you do not hunch your shoulders as you raise your arms upwards.
Maintain outwards tension in the band throughout.
Control this movement back down to the start position and repeat.
