Bilateral ankle plantar flexion stretch in kneeling (Ankle plantar flexion tibialis anterior stretch, sitting to heels, kneeling)
Kneel down with your lower legs together and the tops of your feet on the floor.
Sit back and use your hands to apply a downward pressure to your heels.
Feel the stretch over the front of your ankles and into your shins.
Hold this position.
