Bicep stretch with shoulder extension (Adaptive unilateral upper limb amputee)

Kneel with a stable surface behind you
Place the hand you want to stretch on the surface behind you, palm down and fingers pointing away from you.
Slide your hand on the surface until your elbow is straight.
Push your hips forwards and keep your shoulders level.
When you feel a stretch down the front of your upper arm, hold the position.
If you do not feel a stretch, you can slide your arm further away.
