Bent over row with resistance band - elbow in and palms facing inwards (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
When ready, use your arms to help support you in leaning forwards and rest your upper body against your thighs.
Loop a resistance band under your footrests and hold one end in each hand.
Allow your arms to rest on either side of your wheels.
Next, pull your shoulder blades together and lift your elbows towards the ceiling keeping them tucked into your side whilst pulling against the resistance of the band.
Pause briefly before returning to the start position, and repeat.
