Bent-over one arm row with breathlessness management technique
Stand holding a dumbbell in one hand.
Bend forward from your hips and place your other hand on a table or stable chair for support.
Let the hand holding the dumbbell hang downwards.
Breathe in.
As you breath out through your mouth, pull your elbow back and shoulder blade towards your spine.
Breathe in and at the same time let your arm straighten to the starting position.
Required equipment: Weights, free, Chair, Dumbbell
