Banded snow angles in standing

Fix a resistance band to a solid object at chest height.
Hold the resistance band with one end in each hand and with your palms facing forwards beside your hips.
Take a step back to build tension in the band.
Keeping your elbows straight, bring your arms all the way up from your sides maintaining tension on the band.
Keep your neck long and shoulders down.
Return to the starting position.
Repeat.
