Ball Toss

Stand on foam with your feet hip-width apart holding a ball.

Toss the ball from one hand to the other, following the ball with your eyes.
Your goal is to be able to toss the ball higher than the top of your head so your eyes are moving up and down. Keep the ball in focus at all times.
You can let your head move a little while following the ball with your eyes. Keep feet as relaxed as possible, don't grip your toes to balance.
Feeling some sway while performing this exercise is normal.
Note that you can put the foam in the corner so that the walls will provide support if you lose your balance.

Required equipment: Wobble cushion / foam, Ball - small
