Ball pick up with feet in sitting (Knee extension strengthening, with ball pick up (hip adduction), sitting)

Sit up straight in a chair with a ball on the floor at your feet.
Pick the ball up between your feet and straighten your knees, lifting the ball off the floor.
Control the movement as you place the ball back on the floor.
