Balance on a wobble board - support as needed (adaptive - AKA)

Stand upright between the parallel bars, holding on for support.
One by one place your feet on a wobble board with feet an equal distance from the center.
Aim to get your balance and then let go of the bars if able.
Transfer your weight backwards and forwards, and side to side, taking support if needed.
Try to keep the edges of the board off the floor.
