Back Extension (Erector Spinae)

Start by hanging over the cushion of a trunk trainer. Be sure the movement happens at the hip level. Stabilize at your feet and support your hips. Your fingertips should touch your neck. Your elbows should point out. Lift your trunk slowly until you reach complete hip extension (horizontal level).

Do not over-extend. Also, tighten your buttocks. Avoid an arch in your low back by keeping your stomach tight.
