Assisted Pull Up, Wide Pronated Grip

Kneel on the footboard and hold on to the handles with your palms facing down (i.e. overhand grip).
Slightly lean your upper trunk back.
Pull your shoulder blades in and down and, using your upper back muscles, pull yourself upward (chest towards the handles).
In a controlled manner, lower your body back to the starting position.
