Assisted Abdominal Crunch (with Ab Roller)

Lay on your back with your head resting on the neck-cushion of the abdominal trainer. Both legs should be bent and lifted. Curl your head and shoulders up while your arms assist at the handles. Keep your head relaxed on the cushion.

Your arms are only used to lift up your head.
