AROM Shoulder Flexion and Thoracic Spine Extension

Sit tall on a chair and hold a stick with both hands with a wide grip.
Lift the stick up slowly, keeping your arms straight and extend your upper trunk gently backwards at the same time. Hold for the specified duration, then gently lower the stick back down.
