AROM knee extension/flexion with ball

Lie on your back with your hips and knees bent to 90 degrees, feet placed on a ball pressed against a wall.
Straighten your legs by walking the ball up the wall.
Bend your legs by walking the ball down the wall.
Repeat up and down the wall for the required number of repetitions.

Required equipment: Wall, Mat, Stability Ball
