AROM GHjt circles all ranges (single) (Shoulder/arm circles AROM CW CCW, standing)

Stand up straight with your arms by your side.
Move your arm forwards in front of you.
Continue to lift your arm up towards the ceiling.
Continue a circle moving your arm back behind you.
Allow your body to rotate a little as you do this.
Finally bring your arm back down to the starting position.
Continue this in one fluid movement.
Change direction.
