AROM finger abduction/adduction (in forearm neutral position)

Sit upright in front of a table.
Rest your forearm and hand, along the little finger side, on the table.
Spread your fingers and thumb out as far as you can, before bringing them back together again.
Aim to keep your elbow, shoulder and body still during the exercise.
