AROM ankle dorsiflexion/plantarflexion in sitting - version 2
Sit down with your back against the chair's backrest.
Stretch out and raise one leg so that the foot is in the air.
Hold the leg in this position and stretch the ankle so that the toes point forward.
Then bend the ankle so that the toes point the ceiling.
If it stretches too much in the kneecap, do the exercise with the foot closer to the floor.
