Arm wall walks abduction ("Wall finger walks" Shoulder abduction/elbow extension AAROM)
Stand up straight with your affected side to a wall.
Take your hand to your side and place your fingers against the wall.
Walk your fingers all the way up the wall as high as you can go.
Make sure your shoulders are pointing straight forwards and you do not hunch your shoulders.
Walk your fingers back down to the starting position, and repeat.
