Stand upright with your back against the side of the pool.
Grab onto the side of the pool with one arm and place the bottoms of your feet against the wall.
Push your legs into the wall, straightening out your knees and simultaneously stretch your opposite arm out in front of you.
Rotate your body to the opposite direction, feeling a stretch along the side of your body.
Hold for the required amount of time and then repeat on the opposite side.
