Aquatic Elbow Supination

Sit against a wall in neck high water, elbows bent to 90 degrees and held against the wall.

Start with palms facing down and rotate forearms so that palms face upwards as far as possible, hold and return to the starting position.

To increase resistance increase speed of motion and/or place resistance fins in your hands.

Required equipment: Wall, Hand paddles
