Ankle dorsiflexion ROM in standing - version 2

Stand close to a wall with one foot in front of the other. You can take support on the wall if needed. Shift your weight forward over the toes trying to touch your front knee to the wall. If you can easily achieve this then move your front foot further away from the wall and repeat.
