Alternating single-arm reverse fly with dumbbell (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrest, and ensure the brakes are applied.
When ready, use your arms to help support you in leaning forwards and rest your upper body against your thighs.
Place one hand against the footrest and hold a dumbbell in your other hand.
Next, lift your hand toward the ceiling whilst rotating at your trunk.
Follow this movement with your eyes.
Return to the start position, and repeat with your other side.
