Alternating lunge step forward with arms lift

Start in a standing position.
Take a large step forwards and squat low.
As you do this throw your arms above your head.
Aim to get your back knee as low to the floor as possible.
Look up at your hands as you lift them.
Hold for a moment, then step backwards to the start position.
Repeat on the opposite side.
