Alternating weighted vest lateral lunge (Adaptive unilateral upper limb amputee)

Perform this exercise with your prosthetic off and wearing a weighted vest.
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and hips and knees slightly bent and arms raised forwards.
Take a long step to the side with one leg, keep your trunk upright, and squat down.
As the other leg straightens you might feel some stretch in your inner thigh and groin.
Push back up and step back to starting position, whilst keeping your knees slightly bent throughout.
Repeat towards the other side.
