Alternate hip extension in plank position

Start in plank position.
Place the knees under the hips and elbows under the shoulders.
Lift the lower back upwards to neutral position by gently contracting the deep muscles in front of the spine.
Lengthen the spine.
Lift your leg to spine level, lengthen your leg through your hip joint and keep the hip facing down.
Slowly return to the starting position and repeat the movement with the opposite leg.
Keep your trunk and back strong, preventing your body from sagging.
