Agility – recovery run from prone – shuttles ("COD (accel/decel)" Fwd sprint/stop/turn/fwd sprint, from prone)

Place four cones on the ground in front of you to form two gates, as shown in the diagram.
Lie down on your front behind gate one.
When ready, spring up to your feet then immediately sprint towards gate two.
Decelerate and stop suddenly at the gate, before turning and sprinting back to gate one.
Return to the start position, and repeat.
