Adaptive hanging leg raise ("L-sit" Core/abdominal strengthening, lifting legs, suspended from bar; 01)

Hold onto the bar with a neutral grip and hang from your arms with your body fully extended.
Keep your legs straight and flex your hips until your body is in an L position.
Lower back down to the start position and continue on in a controlled, fluid manner.
