Adaptive Concept II Ski Ergo machine (Cardiovascular workout, Concept II Ski Ergo; 01)
Start in an upright position.
Take hold of the handles ensuring your wrists are in the straps.
Now pull downwards and through behind your body in a fluid motion.
Fully extend your arms to the rear, squatting slightly as your pull through the movement.
Ensure your back remains straight throughout the exercise
Required equipment: Machine - cardio, Machine - resistance/weights
