Active wrist dart thrower’s motion ("Dart Thrower's Motion" Wrist midcarpal mobility)

Sit upright in a chair.
Place your affected arm on a table, holding the forearm up with your wrist straight and fingers relaxed.
Simultaneously bend your wrist back and towards your thumb.
Once you have moved as far as you can in this direction, simultaneously bend your wrist forwards and towards the little finger.
This movement is similar to that of throwing a dart.
