Active wrist supination/pronation with long lever (Forearm pronation/supination strengthening, with long lever, over edge)
Sit up straight with your arm to be exercised resting on a table.
Hold a spoon or pen in your hand, with the majority of spoon length extending towards the thumb side of your hand.
Rotate the palm of your hand so that it turns up and down, controlling the momentum and rotation of the spoon.
