Active resisted leg flexion and extension
Start lying on your back, have an assistant with you to help with the exercise.
Your assistant should hold your heel and knee.
Practice bending your leg up towards your chest, then straightening back out.
Your assistant will provide some resistance to both the bending and the straightening movements.
Return to the start position.
Required equipment: Assistant, Adjustable plinth/bed
