You will need an assistant for this exercise.
Start by lying on your back with your affected arm across your chest, with your elbow bent, and with your palm on your opposite shoulder.
Bring your arm away from your shoulder, back across your body, keeping the palm down.
Finish with your arm pointing downwards by your hip on the same side.
Bring your arm back up to the starting position.
Your assistant should provide support but try to complete as much of the movement as you can yourself.
