AAROM wrist pronation (Forearm pronation AAROM)
Start in a seated position resting your affected forearm on a table.
Place your other hand around your wrist.
Try to turn your affected palm downwards using your other hand to assist in the movement.
Oscillate the movement and be careful not to hunch your shoulders over or lean your body forwards.
The movement must come from the forearm only.
Required equipment: Chair, Table
