AAROM shoulder flexion with stick in supine - version 2

Lie on your back with bent legs. Grab the stick with thumbs pointing up, hold it vertically with the hand of the side you wish to mobilize closer to your head. Use the lower arm to move the other side upwards as far as possible. In a controlled manner return to start position and repeat.
