AAROM elbow flexion (Elbow flexion AAROM end range, sitting; 01)

Start in a sitting or standing position.
Turn your hand so that your palm is facing up forwards.
Bend your elbow as much as you can, trying to get your fingers to touch your shoulder.
You can use the other hand to help push it further.
Hold this position.
