4 point kneeling on stability ball and box - rolling ball
Start on a kneeling position on a box with a stability ball on your front.
Place both hands on the stability ball and position your hands to be under your shoulders.
Pull your belly button inwards and keep your trunk and shoulders as steady as possible.
When ready, move your arms and roll the ball forwards, backward and to sides.
Repeat the movement and slowly return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
