1/2 Tandem stance on an unstable surface - eyes closed

Stand on an unstable surface, such as a foam pad or pillow, with your back to a corner and a sturdy chair placed by your side.
Place your feet together with the ball of one foot in line with the arch of your other foot.
Find your balance with your eyes open.
Then close your eyes and maintain your balance.
Take support from the chair or walls if needed.
