"Ski poles", shoulder extension strengthening, with cable (middle)

Stand facing the pulley with the attachment point at waist height.
With the stirrup handle attachment, grasp a handle in each hand.
Hold your arms out in front of you.
Pull one of your hands back past your midline, allowing your other arm to travel forward.
Next pull back on the arm that is sitting more forward until your arms have switched positions.
Continue with this alternating pattern of arm movements in a fluid motion.
During these movements, ensure you maintain good posture.
You can complete this exercise with your feet side by side or in a split stance, with your feet staggered.
